Ryan Reynolds is a Canadian-American actor, producer and entrepreneur. After early television work, he became known for films including “Van Wilder,” “The Proposal,” “Buried” and the “Deadpool” series. He reprised Wade Wilson in the 2024 blockbuster “Deadpool & Wolverine.”
Reynolds was married to Scarlett Johansson from 2008 until their divorce in 2011. He married actor Blake Lively on September 9, 2012. They have four children: daughters James, Inez and Betty, and son Olin Reynolds.
Interesting and fun facts
In 2021 he presented the film “Free Guy”, where he played the main part and co-wrote the script. The film is another – very successful – attempt to mix the game and movie world. While working on the film, Ryan played games, like “Fortnite”, a lot.
In November 2022 Reynolds appeared on the screen again. He acted in the Christmas movie “Spirited”, based on Charles Dickens’s famous story “Christmas Carol”. The new film was released through AppleTV+. Having finished the project, Reynolds announced a one-year break in his career to spend some time at home with his wife and kids.
