Samantha Marie Olit is an American music-industry professional and the former wife of Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington. The couple married on October 31, 1996, before Linkin Park achieved international success, and their son Draven Sebastian Bennington was born on April 19, 2002.
Olit and Bennington divorced in 2005 but continued to co-parent Draven. Following Bennington’s death in 2017, Samantha and Draven attended memorial events and she publicly discussed concerns about how parts of his family history were represented. Olit has described work in music, coaching and writing, while her current relationship status remains private.
