YBN Nahmir is an American rapper born Nicholas Alexander Simmons on December 18, 1999, in Birmingham, Alabama. He first built an audience through online gaming and freestyle videos before his 2017 single “Rubbin Off the Paint” became a viral breakthrough.

Nahmir co-founded the YBN collective with YBN Almighty Jay and Cordae. The group released “YBN: The Mixtape” in 2018 and later disbanded. Nahmir released his solo debut album “Visionland” in 2021 and has continued releasing music and discussing the collective’s history in interviews. His current relationship status is private, and no children have been publicly confirmed.
