Tinglan Hong is a Chinese-born private individual known publicly because of her former relationship with British actor Hugh Grant. She studied travel and tourism and later lived in London, where she and Grant had an intermittent relationship in the early 2010s.

Hong and Grant share two children: daughter Tabitha Xiao Xi Grant, born in September 2011, and son Felix Chang Hong Grant, born in December 2012.
