Ralph Duren May was an American stand-up comedian born on February 17, 1972, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He grew up in Arkansas and pursued comedy after winning a contest that opened an opportunity to work with Sam Kinison.
May gained national attention on the first season of “Last Comic Standing” and released several television and streaming comedy specials. He died in Las Vegas on October 6, 2017, at age 45. He was survived by wife Lahna Turner and their children April and August.
