Piper Rockelle is an American social-media creator, singer and actress who first became widely known through Musical.ly and YouTube. Her acting credits include the web series “Mani” and the short film “Dark Eyes”.
She was born Piper Rockelle Smith on August 21, 2007, in Georgia and was raised primarily by her mother. She has an older brother, Hunter.
Her mother noticed her creative power since the early years and took the girl to dancing classes (mostly, she did jazz and hip hop). Piper won several dancing competitions. She was good at it, and then extended her boundaries and added modeling and participation in beauty contests to dancing lessons.
With help from Hunter, she launched her YouTube channel in November 2016 and posted short films, challenges and lifestyle videos.
In 2025 Netflix released “Bad Influence: The Dark Side of Kidfluencing”, which examined allegations made against her mother and manager by former members of Rockelle’s online group. The parties had reached a $1.85 million settlement in 2024, without an admission of liability.
