Jackie Harris, born Jackie C. Smith, is the mother of singer and entrepreneur Ciara. Both Jackie and Ciara’s father, Carlton Harris, served in the U.S. military, and the family moved frequently during Ciara’s childhood before settling in the Atlanta area.
Jackie also built a corporate career associated with Checkers and Rally’s Restaurants.
