Dwayne Howell Otis Wayans is an American composer and production professional born on August 22, 1956, in New York City. He is the eldest of Howell and Elvira Wayans’ ten children and the older brother of Keenen Ivory, Damon, Kim, Shawn and Marlon Wayans.
